April 24,2003, Powerzinc’s DQFC Zinc Air Fuel Cell has been approved as the Shanghai Hi-tech Achievements Conversion Project by the Shanghai Hi-tech Service of Shanghai Municipal Government.

Shanghai Municipal Government has set up Shanghai Hi-tech Service Center to organize the certification work for hi-tech achievements conversion projects.

According to the Doc.No. [2000]55 issued by the Shanghai Municipal Government, the certified enterprises can enjoy the benefits from the policy of “Decision on Strengthening Technological Innovation, Developing Hi-tech and Realizing Industrialization”.
